In this video, David Donatucci demonstrates golf fitness exercises called Medicine Ball Catches. He’ll show you how to progress through three movements (catch to the chest, catch overhead and catch to the side) from four different positions (seated, standing, lung and single leg). Medicine ball catches are a great way to create a variety of motion and increase core strength. These types of motions will help you on the course when you’re shifting the weight of your body from one side to the other when swinging.
